tux2
Hi, I've been absent on OSx86 for about 6 month now, but now I'd like to return At that time I've installed the Maklar-ISO in version 10.4.0. Is there any possibility to update this version to a current release? Or would it be better to perform a proper installation with a new 10.4.8 ISO? btw: What's the accurate difference between the JaS-Release and the "normal" Releases? Sorry for asking these questions, but I couldn't find a real answer by using the search function on the forum. Thanks a lot for every answer Regards tux2 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/31958-updating-1040-to-a-current-version/ Share on other sites

It is impossible to upgrade what y0u have with any combo/delta updates. Guest bikedude880
I would go with 10.4.7 JaS as the new release (10.4.8) keeps getting sabotaged.
