jahme
I recently installed Mac OSX 10.4.6 on my PC. The OSX detects my firewire card(PCI) but it detects my soundcard which is plugged in as an Unknown device. I have installed the drivers for the Tiger version for my sound card and still no success. Whenever I went to the Audio MIDI setup, my soundcard is not even detected or shown so i'm far away from choosing inputs or outputs. How can i fix this? Is this a security thing that Apple integrated within its OS? I think that MacOSX is not detecting my PCI cards well enough.... anyone with ideas, please help me out. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot!
