Hellmonkeys Posted October 26, 2006 Share Posted October 26, 2006 I updated my JaS 10.4.7 Install to 10.4.8 AMD SSE2 Combo Update. For the most part, everything is working, however, my ethernet card does not. I have an nForce 3 Ultra board, using the Realtek Gigabit ethernet device. The network settings show there is an ethernet driver with a cable attached, however, it says it is unable to obtain an IP address from the network. Obviously the ethernet port and router, etc. is functioning fine, since it is working as I type and it worked before the update. So, it must be a driver issue... how would I go about fixing this?
