Shappo
I've got a Dell D610 and am having issues with Final Cut Pro and the "AGP Grapics Card" issue on Final Cut 4, and having the "Invalid Hardware" issue with Final Cut 5. For FCP4 I removed the AGP line from the plist and for FCP5 I went through and deleted the InstallationCheck and VolumeCheck files and am still not having any success. Is anyone else having this problem and does anyone else know how to solve it? suleiman
have you gotten your QE and CI to work on that machine? If not, that may be your problem. borisbadenov
Another thought. In the Info.plist, besides deleting AGP, also delete the lines for RAM and G$. I did this and it works fine Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/3110-laptop-final-cut-issues/#findComment-29959 Share on other sites
MacCenturion
Hi, Can you please tell me where the plist I need to edit is located? And which commands I need to type? I don't do this often enough to remember. Plz! Thanx, Mac Centurion.
