OS X El Capitan install instructions for HP Envy m6-n012dx

Hello I am new to the forum and was unable to find any thread on installing El Capitan to HP Envy m6-n012dx so I am unsure if it is possible.  I have a vm version of El Capitan running on the laptop and was able to download a copy of it, I have an 8gb flash drive (not sure if this is big enough).  Any help getting this installed is much appreciated.

Your laptop is almost identical to mine (HP Pavilion n020se, Intel Core i7, HD 4400 graphics). I wrote a guide for my laptop on Reddit, read it and see if it works for you. I had a look at your laptop specs, and I personally think you might get it using that guide, just swap out the instructions for HD Graphics 4400 and use the 4600 instead (your graphics is Integrated Intel HD Graphics 4600, which works quite well on OS X with the right drivers).

 

For laptop brightness fix, this should work as well.
