"Adding new network" crash

Hi Hackintoshers, I have updated from Yosemite to El Cap with a famous tool.

 

My wifi card is not supported and with Yosemite I used my smartphone with wifi usb tethering.

 

But after the update I can't use this method.

 

I faced a crash when I click plus button to add network.

 

I noted that I haven't networkinterfaces.plist too.

 

Any suggestion?
