GBK.Xscape Posted October 20, 2006 Share Posted October 20, 2006 ok i got help from hp and the lady helping said to do this. boot with the winodws restore dvd and click restore. then type in fixboot and run that through. but i guess windows applied to the active partition which is osx and screwed up darwin. i applied the fixboot to the right partition now but i cant boot into windows. i can only get into osx with the install dvd in the drive. i tried repairing permissions but that didnt help. is there any way to fix the darwin bootloader? thanks for the help Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/30730-stupid-windows-never-ceases-to-amaze-me/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
