Final_Destination Posted October 15, 2006 Share Posted October 15, 2006 After hours of effort, I have finally got it to boot to os x. I am using 10.4.7 JaS on : Asus P5W DH Deluxe Core 2 Duo E6600 ATI x1900 Everything works except Sound and Video drivers! I am not too woried about onboard sound, I can buy a cheap compatible sound card for that purpose. The problem is that my monitor is a 20" lcd and the low resulution is killing the charm of osx. I need to run higher. I've tried installing the ati drivers but none of them are working. I don't really care about opengl and games. All I need is use eclipse and watch high resolution videos. Boris is for ATI x1600, x1800 and x1900 cards Callisto is for other ATI cards. Follow the Boris link in my signature. Posting #1 is the manual method. Posting #3 is the installer.
