Hi all, excuse my spelling mistakes. I noticed that the "Power" is different than ever to Yosemite last installation done, in fact, whereas before (a couple of installations ago) in the Energy Saver I had 2 "slide" one for the monitor and a time for turning off the computer, now I just slide off the monitor and a check box that allows me to choose if I want to switch off the pC by turning off or not.

How can I, if possible, to get back the 2 slides as before?
Thank you very much

It's a false issue... This is set  by apple as  in all macs with Haswell cpus...

The Haswell chips have native support for low power idle

It seems that apple combined the display timeout with the haswell low power state management.

It is just so quick at waking up you dont think its actually been sleeping. It is also worth mentioning that while the display timeout allows the cpu to enter a low power state, if a task is running it wont cut it off. It will go into standby after a certain period of inactivity, that might be 3 hours like the laptops.

However if you want reactivate also the second slide in the energy saver's pannel, you can edit this:

/S/L/E/IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/X86PlatformPlugin.kext/Contents/Resources/Your-Mac-Model.plist

find:
<key>UnifiedSleepSliderPref</key>
<true/>

replace:
<key>UnifiedSleepSliderPref</key>
<false/>

rebuild kext cache and reboot.
