Power On Self-Test Memory Failed Need Help

Does anyone know what this error is in the System Information could be. The system seems to be running fine, however i seem to be getting this error in the Sys Info... I cant figure it out.

I just upgraded from 8GB to 16GB G.Skill Memory and ran the terminal version of memtest...all is coming back good, however i have this error in system info>Diagnostics

I just tried swapping the memory from the 2 black slots 1 and 3...to 2 and 4, the red ones,

 

Still same error,

Seems like the same excact error whether there in bank 1 and 3 or bank 2 and 4,
