Dual Boot Xp e mountain Lion

Hello guys...

My simple question..I hope..

I've a PC with in two different HDD I've already installed

 

HDD1--> XP Pro SP3

HDD2--> Mountain Lion 10.8.x by iAtkos

 

I'd like create a dual boot..

so let's go to the question

 

1 - Which OS is better use to manage this boot?

2 - Which tool/software suggest me to set dual boot?
