DrewDigity
I am currently running a graphics card that has an output to two monitors which both display the same thing. I plan on installing Final Cut so I wanted the desktop to be displayed across the two monitors so I can drag the mouse from one to the other. If anyone knows how I could go about this I would really appreciate some direction. Rammjet
There are only 2 ways to get dual monitor support - use an Intel 9xx graphics system with an add-on ADD2 card. Or run some select laptops with an external monitor. No one else can get dual monitor support. ursus
Sorry, but I have dual monitors, with an Ati x1600, the thing is that you have to play with the resolutions and refresh rates untill you find one that is supported by the two monitors. Radeon X1600 Series: Chipset Model: Radeon X1600 Series Type: Display Bus: PCIe VRAM (Total): 256 MB Vendor: ATI (0x1002) Device ID: 0x71c2 Revision ID: 0x0000 OS: 10.4.8 (JaS Combo Intel SSE3) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/29445-how-to-set-up-dual-monitors/#findComment-221357 Share on other sites
