Is there any reason at all I'm not currently able to view any picture files? When ever I open a picture file, the file opens, but nothing is displayed.

 

My systems specs are as follows:

ATI AIW 9700 Pro

1gb memory

120gb hdd - Windows XP Pro SP1

18.6g hdd - Mac OS X x86

SB Audigy 1 OEM

Open Applications folder and get Info of Preview.app. Then check "Open using Rosetta" box - it should be OK for now.

I don't see what is your Processor and MotherBoard

 

You can use Safari or QuickTime to view pictures
