Ok. 1)Delete your kext from S/L/E

2)launch kext utility or kext wizard just in case

3) put AppleHDA into "downloads"

4) Use these commands at terminal

sudo cp -r -v ~/Downloads/AppleHDA.kext /System/Library/Extensions/

sudo rm -r -f -v /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/Startup/*

Thanks, i did that, still issue... i can't find why I've got this with patched applehda :(

Rebuild cache (Kext Wizard), and watch for errors in system.log (monitor with Console.app). Correct errors as necessary.

Ovof, are you using other kexts that are not provided by Apple? AppleHDA should build in the cache properly. I am thinking you have a special kext in there that is doing this.
