madeinusmate Posted December 13, 2011 Share Posted December 13, 2011 Hi! i'm building my first hackintosh and i'm having some trouble with lan setting lion iatkos l2. these are my specs: intel core 2 quad q6600 2.4ghz 4gb ram ddr2 mobo: foxconn P4M8907MB-2.0-RS2H chipset: VIA P4M890 + VT 8237A Lan: Realtek 8100C Hdd: ide 300gb + sata 320gb everything works fine, except for my lan. after 10 minutes using lion the internet connection and the usb ports just stop working. i had the same problem running 10,6,6 hazard on this computer. i've found a temporarily solution setting the boot flag cpus=1. the performance aren't satisfactory, it's quiet frustrating use one core when you have a 4 core cpu. is there any solution to this problem? madeinusmate Posted December 16, 2011 Author Share Posted December 16, 2011 well i need a 775 socket mobo with ddr2 ram and micro atx form, the cheepest one! what about the asrock G31M-S R2.0?? according to osx86 wiki it works with lion, but i didn't understand if it supports ahci mode, i've only found enhanced mode. will it see my sata hdd?
