toronto240z Posted December 5, 2011 Share Posted December 5, 2011 Ok I just finished my first Hackintosh build and so far everything runs fine with the exception of my SSD Speeds. I have tried all SATA3 ports and I can't seem to get more than 80-90 MB/s Write speeds. I am not getting some of the posted read speeds of 500+ but I am getting between 400-40 mb/s with is good enough. What am i missing? BIOS settings? Will enabling TRIM help? The revision on the SSD is 2.13 which I believe is up to date! I initially though it was a defective drive so I exchanged it but still have the issue. Any Ideas guys? NOTE: I have used a bunch of tools xbench , Blackmagic disk speed test...for some reason AJA system tools doesn't work for me, when I click start nothing happens.
