toology Posted October 28, 2011 Share Posted October 28, 2011 I have tried many methods, from using iAtkos and [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] to ihack and no matter what I do I get KP on boot. Only the installation works with npci=2000 command. I have Asus p5b, geforce 450gts, core2quad cpu and I am doing a mbr installation. I tried using voodoo sound, graphics enabler and Lin2Mac Realtek network. Can someone recommend me which kexts and options to use to make it work? I had a working hackintosh with native power management through dsdt editing with this motherboard, but since I added the new gfx card and cpu I can't get it to work. I have a MacBook Pro for doing any preinstallation steps Thank you all for your time!
