Schmerz Meister
So my setup was working perfectly fine and all of the sudden it started freezing up on me and I had to hard reset. Well, after about 10 hard resets, the system decides not to start up and in verbose mode, just keeps writing "disk1s2: media not present" really fast and floods the entire screen. I tried repairing the disk using the retail dvd and repairing the permissions. It worked for 1 start up and it seemed to work fine for a while but froze after 30 minutes. I had to hard reset again, ran the repair disk and repair permissions from the installation dvd and this time it doesn't help. What is going on here?
