blacqwolf Posted October 18, 2011 Share Posted October 18, 2011 Hey all, I have some hardware which is supposedly supported out-of-the-box in later Mac OS 10.6 updates, but I wonder if it's safe to upgrade Mac OS. My reason for this is because before, when I had Mac OS 10.5 installed, when updating my system would no longer boot. So is it safe to upgrade Mac OS using the update application included, or could I install from a certain modified package which should work?
