My Dual Boot SSD Hackintosh Build

Hi,

 

I'm hoping someone can help me a bit with a build I'm looking to commence, once I have all the parts. I've searched around and come up with most of the information that I need, however I just wanted to post my overall specs and see if there was anything I've missed.

 

CPU

: Intel Core2 Quad Q8200

Motherboard

: MSI P45 Platinum

Video Card

: nVidia GTX550 Ti

Secondary Video Card

: nVidia 9800GT

Memory

: 8GB DDR2

OS Drive 1 (For Win7

): OCZ Vertex 2 60GB SSD

OS Drive 2 (For Snow Leopard)

: OCZ Vertex 2 60GB SSD

Data Drive 1 (For Win7)

: 500GB HDD

Data Drive 2 (For SL)

: 500GB HDD

(I will have other data drives, however these will be simply misc data and used for network shares)

Sound Card

: Native Instruments Audio8 DJ

 

As far as I can tell, everything appears to be compatible.

This is my first hackintosh build and I want to be able to dual boot between OSX (for music production) and Win7 (gaming/general use). I work full time as an IT administrator so I should be able to handle whatever tasks are necessary, however I'm still a bit apprehensive.

 

A few queries:

1. Are there any challenges presented when using two separate SSDs?
   
2. I have a copy of Snow Leopard which came with my MacBook Pro. Obviously I can't use that disc for my build but I have since updated my MBP to Lion via the App Store. Is there any way to get the Lion installer to use with my build?
   
3. Is Lion more compatible with my specs than Snow Leopard or vice versa?
   
4. If I install Snow Leopard first, how hard would it be to upgrade to Lion later on?
   

Anything else you can recommend would be greatly appreciated. This looks like a vibrant, positive community and I look forward to posting my progress and helping others once I know what I'm doing.
