Kentaro
I notice that the mouse pointer isn't as responsive as that in Windows XP. It is kinda slow IMO. Is this a normal mouse behavior or a driver problem? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/26787-mouse-problem/ Share on other sites

Kentaro
thanks for the help. i managed to download microsoft intellipoint 6.0 for mac. i'm using this driver instead of the built-in one, and it's working great! One more question. I have Intel GMA950 and SSE3 CPU. How do we check CoreImage and Quartz Extreme to see whether they are working? Rammjet
One more question. I have Intel GMA950 and SSE3 CPU. How do we check CoreImage and Quartz Extreme to see whether they are working? Use System Profiler. Go to the blue Apple menu -> About This Mac. Click on More Info. In System Profiler, on the left click on Graphics/Displays. Read about Core Image and Quartz Extreme on the right. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/26787-mouse-problem/#findComment-181962 Share on other sites

Kentaro
I had a problem with mouse before. It does not detect USB mouse. So, I checked the motherboard BIOS, and found one settings that made it work - "Enable USB Mouse" something like that. I suggest you try and report to me again!
