P8P67-M Pro, difficulty?

Looking at buying this motherboard as it fits the colour scheme of my build, i see theres a few threads on this board and 'dsdt' threads too, as far as easily installing Lion goes, would this be considered an easier to get working motherboard or quite a difficult one?

 

and what guide would you reccomend for this board?

 

Or am i better off taking one for the team on the colour scheme and getting a differant P67 board? (want to overclock my 2500k)
