i have 2 hard drives in my pc,

1 sata - 2 partitions:

Media(nothing)

Windows Vista RC1

1 Ide - Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.6

had vista installed first, and then installed os x on the ide drive, installtion went fine, the pc automatically boots into os x, internet works, all good. however how do i boot back into vista to set up dual booting?

i ran the vista cd, went to recovery tools and tryed 2 change the active partition at command prompt. it said it worked however still boots into os x?

anyone have any ideas on what i do next? any questions please post

Thanks

EDIT:

ok reinstalled Vista Rc1 and of course that set the active partition back to vista and booted vista. then used bcdedit.exe, the new built in boot loader editor for the vista boot loader and added a new entry for mac os x. all working perfect now, get the option of either and it boots perfectly

I find the bcdedit quite complex. could you possibly put up some step by step instructions on the process you used? I am teying to boot vista and osx as well but right now am only using vista
