eerikk2 Posted August 14, 2011 Share Posted August 14, 2011 This doesnt exactly relate to the osx86 however i was trying to use the chameleon boot loader to boot into windows and osx on my actual macbook pro. I was installing Chameleon boot loader for the attempt to be able to boot Windows from an external Hard Drive and osx from internal. I have windows running from the usb drive just doesnt work on my mac. But thats besides the point. I attempted to install Chameleon Boot Loader RC4 but it failed. After rebooting my mac I can no longer boot into osx. I am on Lion if that helps. I hate to be unhelpful but I have no idea what you are supposed to do, because this situation is not supposed to ever occur. I hate to be unhelpful but I have no idea what you are supposed to do, because this situation is not supposed to ever occur. Alright well no worries... I used the install disk to copy all my important stuff off my computer seeing as though the actual drive had no damage. I will then re-install osx. Seems like a lesson well learned.
