Here is my material detected by Everest on winXP: Device Properties: Driver Description: SoundMAX Integrated Digital HD Audio Driver Date: 02/05/2006 Driver Version: 5.10.1.4530 Driver Provider: AnalogDevices INF File: oem6.inf Hardware ID: HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_11D4&DEV_198B&SUBSYS_104381F6&REV_1002 Location Information: Internal High Definition Audio Bus High Definition Audio: Audio Controller Type: nVIDIA MCP55 Codec Name: Analog Devices AD1988B Codec ID: 11D4198Bh / 00000000h Codec Revision: 00100200h I read on forum that it was possible to install a modified "AppleAC97Audio.kext" with the good codec id. The problem is that I can't find my material device id. I don't realy understand the Everest infos. Can you help me? filomur Posted December 27, 2006 Share Posted December 27, 2006 Same mobo here !! Does your lan work with osx 86 v10.4.6 Myz ? I tried with forcedeth on JaS 10.4.7 but it was a no-go. I haven't tried the sound. On other posts said it should Work with Azalia kext.
