Mouse pointer seems to have calibration problems

recently I've installed mac os on my win7 via VMware workstation 7.1.3 build-324285.

everything work perfectly fine (tnx to InsanelyMac forums ) except this:

 

in many cases i fill like my mouse pointer misses t he target!, the pointer move smoothly and without any problems, but when i click it sometimes the click appear elsewhere.

for example: lets say I'm trying to minimize some window, my mouse pointer is visually located above the yellow circle,

and once i press it, the it clicks the red circle and close the window (face palm!).

 

each time it happens the miss occurs in different direction.

 

i searched quite a bit for an answer, but didn't found anyone with a similar problem.

any ideas?
