azzarev
Hi guys, Installation of DVD retail has been ok. Then I boot up the system with -x -v. Ok After Combo update i got ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin::start error. The system doesn't boot anymore. How can I execute ##### without getting system booted? I tried flags -x -v GraphicsEnbaler=No. Can I do something else? Really Thanks, Emanuele Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/257508-after-combo-update-acpi_smc_platformpluginstart/ Share on other sites
Shortydesbwa
Hi 1. you can try boot with flag pmVersion=0 OR 2 Install NullCpuPowerManagement.kext found here [ http://www.kexts.com/view/16-nullcpupowerm...-64-bit%29.html ] Dont forgive to run kextutility before reboot OR 3.If you cant reach your session then boot with -s this is superuser mode then put NullCpuPowerManagement in /S/L/E like this /sbin/mount -uw mv /path/of/your/NullCpuPowerManagement.kext /System/Library/Extensions exit exit Reboot Good Luck Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/257508-after-combo-update-acpi_smc_platformpluginstart/#findComment-1700952 Share on other sites
