RevenNL
Hey guys, I'm attempting to do a retail installation on the following setup: AMD Athlon 640 x4 3.0 Ghz AMD 880G Chipset Foxconn A88GA-S 4GB 1333 memory ATI Radeon HD 5830 Then using the regular SATA mode (e.g. default) the setup loads perfectly using Nawcom's latest ModCD, however it won't detect my internal sata drive. So naturally I reboot in AHCI, however right after the bootloader from the ModCD, I receive a kernel panic. I have been looking at the panic for a long time, however it doesn't show any reason. Meaning that the only possible reason could be the AHCI issue. (Same problem occurs with RAID.) Is there anyone here who knows a solution to detect my HD? ---- P.S. I already tried using the -force64 bootflag and several busratio commands, however it doesn't work. P.S.S. For testing I installed it on my external HD, which runs perfectly without any issues.
