metalfiiish
Hello all! Thanks for taking the time to check into my problem.I'll start by saying I had iatkos v7 (osx86 10.5.7) working on my build PC and have reinstalled several times due to me changing my partition scheme and such ( have four operating systems). I can post my computers specs but I have noticed I am the first to get this build working but when I posted the info everyone said they could not get it to work like mine.Only after updating the bios did I get stuck in the same position as they did. What happens is that I go to boot mac and after entering my start options ex. -v busratio=20 cpus=1 it just sits at a black screen forever. It did not do this until after I updated my bios and changed my partition scheme. So does anyone know the main spots that I would have to mess with that deal with bios, only thing I saw that might be would be DSDT which sounds rough.Figured I'd ask for help and then if not try messing with that DSDT stuff. Originally my partition scheme was osx86 on partition 1, windows 7 on partition 2, linux boot partition on 3, 4 was for extended, 5 was for win xp, 6 was linux swap partition, 7 was linux itself...then I rna out of room and could not add anymore partitions so I had to re-partition.New scheme was partition 1 extra space, 2 windows 7, part 3 linux boot, part 4 extended, part 5 win xp, part 6 linux swap, part 7 linux, part 8 osx86 ( installs fine and can get to boot loader, chameleon but after goes black) Again thanks in advanced for any help! If I get this fixed then maybe I can help the others that were having issue's following my install.
