GA-H67M-D2-B3 - Audio and Boot without CD

Hey, my specs are below. I just finished getting everything setup, but I'm having two problems. One, I can't get my system to boot without using the cd. It's weird, when it gets to the tonymacx86 boot screen, the bar goes in reverse, and the the system restarts. The other problem is I still can't get the audio to work. Is it possible I need to upgrade the motherboards firmware? I have followed the following post, but still only garbled audio.

 

Also, in the long run, I'd really like to get audio working out of the hdmi port. Is this currently possible, and if not, is it being worked on. If not, I may return this graphics card and get another one.
