What is your hardware? If it is not a real mac your in the wrong sub forum, you should be here http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showforum=226

Anyway- How did you set up the installer (link if possible)? And again what hardware please?

Intel Celeron with 64 bit support, 2 gb ram, 640gb hdd, Laptop.

I used the installation guide from kexts.com

Lion Installation guide

I restored the basesystem.dmg and then copied the Packages folder and then put the fakesmc.kext in the System/Extensions folder and then i tried booting into the Lion installation partition using ##### 1.5.

The requirements for 10.7 is a dual core processor (probably Celeron not supported) Look over here, seems to be the main 10.7 thread. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...9135&st=940 Look if others are having any success with that CPU.

"Andy Vandijck" has posted an alternative kernel in that post, may work for you.
