darwinism Posted April 4, 2011 Share Posted April 4, 2011 greetings, the issue is like this - I've installed succesfully iATKOS S3 (10.6.3) on my computer and updated manually to 10.6.5. (I don't like Mac App Store so no 10.6.6): Asus P5QD Turbo Core 2 Duo E8600 nVidia 9600GT 1GB (2 DVI) I found a cheap graphic card (nVidia 430GT 2GB - VGA, DVI and HDMI port) and before changing it, to have a "reserve plan" I cloned the hard drive through Carbon Copy Cloner (installed RC4 after that) and it boots like the original. The only problem is that the system doesn't recognize the different card and the only resolution made possible thought System Preferences - Display is 1024x768.
