Hi guys.

I got a HP DV7 4000 CTO with this configuration:

CPU: Intel Core i5 450M (2.4 GHz - 2.6Ghz Boost)

RAM: 6GB (4GB- 2GB)

Graphics: Radeon HD 5650 - Intel Graphic HD (Switchable Graphics)

Display: 17'3 1600*900

HardDisk: 500GB Toshiba

My problem is that i cant boot Snow Leopard DVD. It reboots automatically when loading something after the starting darwing x86...

I have 3 Chamaleon boot cd: ##### from tonymacx86, MBCD from this forum (hp dv7 thread) and Mammoth boot Cd.

thats with Snow leopard 10.6.0 DVD

With IATKOS s3v2 i can boot and install it but when im booting it says: EBIOS ERROR 0x..... Device Timeout.

I've tried with these boot commands:

-v cpus=1 busratio=18

-v cpus=1

-v busratio=18

-v busratio=20

-v busratio=12

-v -f

-v -x

-v -legacy

-v -force64

Any help?

Sorry for my English.

Well... I finally botted it with busratio=18 cpus=1 arch=i386. Now need to fix the Keyboard and mouse problem ;).

UPDATE... USBBusFix=1 was the problem. arch=i386 didnt work for every test

Well. I found my problem gone using NawCom Boot CD with modbin_kernel.

Thanks to Atlee
