I just installed Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s as primary drive with 2 primary partitions both OS X journaled: 40 GB and 200 GB. After installation/cloning I have a blinking cursor. I am aware that this is common when the partition is not set to active. I created the partitions using pqmagic, set the 1st partition to active the formatted them as OS X using disk utility. any ideas?
