theboomr Posted February 18, 2011 Share Posted February 18, 2011 Hi all, I have been having problems with my GTX 260 after installing using iAtkos S3 V2. here is what happens: I install using NvEnabler and DVI+DVI EFI String, and after the installation Snow Leopard boots for the first time and works like a charm, dispalying the intro vid and letting me enter my info, and everything is at the correct resolution and everything! But then, as soon as I shut down or reboot, OS X boots and then right when the GUI should pop up it just shows a blank blue screen, no mouse or anything. It seems very very strange because this happens even if I do nothing right after the first boot and just reboot right away. If I boot with -v, right before it gets to the blue screen it shows the error NvEnabler::probe failed, so I'm assuming something strange is happening with my GTX 260. :/ any help on this issue would be very much appreciated. PS Yes I've searched for solutions to the blue screen problem but none of them seem to help me very much.
