I have a Hackintosh PC set up, using the kalyway boot disc.

I have been unable to install Parallels 5 or 6. It gives me an error, saying "You cannot "Install" with this version of Mac OS X"

I have attached a screenshot.

Any ideas? I'll be happy to provide any additional information that's needed. Thanks!!

If I am not misinterpreting the title, you are running Leopard 10.5.1. Parallels will work perfectly well on Snow Leopard - meaning 10.6.6 preferably but I had it running on 10.6.1 too.

I'm glad it works for those versions, but I don't understand why it's not working for me now. Is my OS too old for parallels 6? I have also tried Parallels 5 and got the same problem.
