Sanchez_13
Hi, I'm trying to install OS X on my Dell Inspiron 1520, i know it can be done as they've said on the OS86X project wiki that it can: http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.ph...s#Inspiron_1520 I've tried installing from various versions of os X and different bootloaders and patched dvd images but i always get stuck with this screen: panic(CPU 0 caller 0x00407075): "ACPI: AcpiOsFree"@/VoodooKernel/xnu-1228.7.58/iokit/Kernel/IOlib.ccp:724 Debugger called: <panic> Backtrace (CPU 0). It seems to be that its not necesarily the version of OS X that i'm trying to install but the fact it can't boot up to the installation screen because of the kernel panic! Its very frustrating! Please help! Thanks a lot Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/246734-serious-help-required/ Share on other sites
