need help for asus n73J

Dear all,

 

I have snow leopard 10.6.6 almost working at 100% on my laptop asus n73J but i need your help to complete some features.

 

I noticed 3 components not well working such as:

 

- my webcam is working but "the screen is in a wrong position i mean the image is reverse"

 

- my bluetooth working but always activated "how to control as deactivated in system profile"

 

- my shutdown is not working, i mean when i choose to shutdown my screen become black but my cpu still running and i should press the key power to shutdown manually.

 

For your information i have the last cameleon boot loader rc5 -755 and iotkas v3-2

- ShutDown / Sleep is not working (black screen, computer still running), but restart works well. Since this is an important issue, can you help me ?

i did nothing to get the camera work only the image is revert, i don't know the name of the key so give me the name of the key you want and i will send to you.

 

-SHUTDOWN i have the same problem as you. Until now i didn't foung any issue.

hey guys,

i have also an asus n73j and used leohazard 10.6.6i.

but i run into many problems.after 2 days i was able to get the nvidia gt425m to work but

i still have no idea for the soundcard and wifi and lan (both attheros).

i would be really happy if you could help me out with the right kexts or some tips.

but i dont have the problem with shutdown,works fine for me.

i will get more infos and i i found out any new things iw ill post here.

but if you could help me with the kexts (pm or rawell@yahoo.com) ow ould be really thankfull.

 

dont now why with the n73j its so difficult,i had no problems running mac os on my old asus n70vm.

Could you tell us how u install the iatkos on your asus? Tryed several times without any success.

 

I get that the installations was success but when i tryed to boot into the system it keeps restarting by it self. Tryed with "-v -x cpus=4 busratio=17" and nothing works!

Just run install with cpus=1 busratio=20. I also got that computer and it works for me with Hzard 10.6.6i.

 

How do you make the graphic card working ? Mine works but I'm sure it doesn't have all its capabilities. I used tonymacx86 Nvidia's Update.

Webcam doesn't work.

 

Sound fixed with a VoodooHDA Kext I got at home.
