Hi

I can't get the right resolution working on my system. I'm running SL 10.6.6 dualboot with Win7x64. In Win7 the resolution is as it should, but not in OSX. I've tried to specify graphics mode, but it doesnt work.

In my com.apple.boot.plist i typed:

<key>Graphics Mode</key>

<string>1366x768x32</string>

but after replacing my old com.apple.boot.plist, I still after rebooting get 1024x768 in resolution.

Then I tried to connect my pc to an external display, and edit my boot.plist to use the max resolution of this display:

<key>Graphics Mode</key>

<string>1680x1050x32</string>

Now I get the resolution 1400x1050.

For me it seems like SL isn't supporting widescreen resolutions. But then I made som research, and found out that the last resolution I tried 1680x1050 is a resolution used by the 15" Macbook Pro.

Maybe it's my bootloader. I'm using PC EFI 10.5 as bootloader, and have installed my system with Snow Leopard disk patched by Hazard.
