aliveli123 Posted January 19, 2011 Share Posted January 19, 2011 OK, so I followed bcc9's very good tutorial of SL for Dell Studio XPS 1340, it's working good except the wi-fi. I have Dell 1520 card (14e4 : 4353) which is apparently very problematic (its pci id is included in AppleAirportBrcm43224 kext but it does not work). I was wondering if there's any development for this issue. Another thing, I think I also miss the kext for the wireless driver because I cannot see any kext that is relateed to the wireless card in system/library/extensions folder. I'm turning it on before booting, so I guess it's on but kext is not there. edit: By the way, I have SL 10.6.3 right now.
