Crazor Posted August 11, 2006 Share Posted August 11, 2006 Hi all! Is there any way to change the language of the login window (and the one saying "Starting Mac OS X")? I already changed language priorities for my account, and after logging in, everything is german, but the login window is not. I assume there is some kind of "default write" or something, but i cant find anything... Always worth a try http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106478 Ok, I enabled root via the netinfo manager, then logged in as root (graphically) and changed language priorities in system preferences. That did the trick for the "Starting Mac OS X", but the login window is still english...
