dodozzo Posted December 22, 2010 Share Posted December 22, 2010 I tried many times to install Jas 10.4.8 Jas or 10.4.11 on the computer described in the signature with the following problems: -Ethernet is not detected so I don't have internet connection (I tried to install IONetworkingFamily.kext RTL8139.kext,whithout success) PS2-keyboard is often not detected .. I installed PS2controller.kext but the situation has not changed) -I can't access to the system without dvd (I could only enter by typing rd = disk0s1 and sometimes get the error message Debugger Called: <panic> Backtrace, Format-Frame: Return Address (4 potential args on stack) 0x13c43a68 0x13c43aa8 0x13c43e98 0x13c43ed8 0x13c43fa8 0x13c43fc8 Darwin Kernel version 8.8.1 installing Xxx 10.4.11 I could not install any image. dmg we are receiving the error message: "device not configured correctly" What can I do? I formatted the partition as Mac Extended (journaled), installed by selecting intel 10.4.8 I have done something wrong? thank you for your help!
