pdiddles03 Posted December 21, 2010 Share Posted December 21, 2010 I'm trying to install this on my laptop. I know it can be done because other people in forums say they have done it. Every time i try to install it just hangs at 18 mins. I have also tried to use iatkos v7 and it does the same thing. it hangs. My ram light just lights up like it's working and the disk stops spinning. What's the fix? please help. my hp nc6400 has 3 gigs of ram with a core duo. I have used both cpus=1 and disabled a core in the bios. So that's not the problem. Hey Piddles, I have the same computer with lower RAM specs and i am having trouble as well. I get stuck at the apple splash screen with an error that says to take a screen shot. Would you mind providing some steps you took to get to the install and i'll see if i can help replicate and ultimately solve both our issues?
