Cmos Reset After Sleep If I Boot From Internal Sata But Not If I Boot From Esata!

Hi All,

As the subject. If I boot using eSATA, put machine to sleep then wake and restart machine. All is fine. If I boot using internal SATA, sleep, wake and restart machine I get the CMOS checksum error.

I have applied the usual RTC fix etc but luck.

I'm wondering if this may be IRQ related? However, I am not sure how to determine what IRQ's should be assigned or more importantly what IRQ's are being used by the controller. IORegistry does show these but I don't know if they are assigned to specific SATA ports?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated!!!

Thanks
