Hi guys, I've got a quite serious problem with OS X running on my notebook - I mean I'm unable to solve it no matter what.

I think I should start with laptop's specs:

Lenovo Thinkpad R61i 8932-FDG

CPU: Intel Core2Duo T5450 (SSE2, SSE3)

Mainboard chipset: GM965

Grphics card: Intel GMA X3100

ICH8

Lan: Broadcom NetLink BCM5787M

Wifi: ibm a/b/g (AR5212 chipset)

I've installed OS X using Snow Leopard 10.6.3 Retail DVD + 10.6.4 Combo Update. After installing Chameleon RC5 r.619 and booting from hard drive I managed to run Apple Software Update which downloaded all other software - there was no single problem about that.

What does work:

-> Intel GMA otb;

-> wifi with AtherosFix;

-> touchpad, keyboard, trackpoint (tap-to-click as well) with VoodooPS2Controller;

-> bluetooth with HPET Fix in dsdt;

-> DVD, USB otb;

-> sound output with VoodooHDA;

-> sleep with SleepEnabler;

What does not work:

-> Screen dimming - after adding some code to dsdt it is possible to manipulate screen brigthness in display options, but half of LCD actually gets darker all the time - that looks funny :D

-> Broadcom lan - I've managed to make it work using BCM5787 kext for 10.6.3 but only with dsdt which was NOT made for my notebook - I mean example dsdt from here

I don't get it at all - ethernet doesn't work with any other dsdt even if it is made step by step with that guide o.o

-> Memory card reader & fingerprint reader - I don't care about that

-> SpeedStep...

And here is my problem. I have dsdt with HPET Fix applied and I cannot remove NullCPUPowerManagment.kext no matter what! If I do, I get Kernel Panic. I'll show you my dsdt and the picture of KP (but there is nothing inreresting there).

What do you think about that? Do you have ANY idea how to remove that kext?

PS LPC does work, which is interesting (I've checked in IOReg)

PPS Sorry for my English - I'm still learning :)
