I have read that my cpu, my mo, my vga are supported, but are my ide hd and my ide dvd drive supported too ? Yes, they are. I have two IDE DVD drives. Both are supported by OS X (leopard and snow leopard). Also, my current Snow Leopard installation is installed to IDE HDD. You only need to connect them properly (also adjust BIOS settings) and use a proper disk controller (chipset) driver.
