Hi,

 

Im trying to install the broadcom 57xx gigabit driver using the snow leopard 10.4 os , darwin kernel. I tried using the apple broadcom 5701.kext and 5751.kext files and following the commands on the following thread. Can someone please direct me with the simplest solution because I cant seem to get it working.

How did you get Snow lepord on that dell 230? I have been trying and trying and i do get it on there, (virgin MAC OSX 10.4) I upgrade to 10.6, and load the appropriate bootloader, etc..... and everything seems to be working fine except the Vid, sound, and ethernet.....

 

Could you help me here, i will give u my email address and maybe we can throw ideas back and forth at each other.....

i am also trying to load it on a ASUS M3N78-VM with a AMD 955.

 

i have a Intel-AMD Install CD, and when the install starts to load, it resets itself.......
