Jeff91
So I have OSX all setup and working on my Sager laptop. The only issue is that by default with VoodooHDA my microphone plays back over my speakers (which causes feedback when it is loud). I can go into the settings and pull the gain all the way back on the microphone, but I have to do this every time I boot the system. Is there a way I can save my VoodooHDA settings so I do not have to do this every time I boot up? Regards, ~Jeff Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/225103-save-voodoohda-settings/ Share on other sites

You install Ubuntu or some other Linux distro where there is actually a community to help with issues such as this. ~Jeff Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/225103-save-voodoohda-settings/#findComment-1558533 Share on other sites

How would a Linux distro help me with this matter? It's a VoodooHDA setup and I have Ubuntu 10.04 working on the laptop with sound.
