Carrbone
Hey whats up everyone, Ill try and fill you in on my hardware specs as much as I can cause I know that is the root of the issue... So far I have installed iatkos v7 on my dell. System boots everything seems good to go, internet, graphics cards, timemachine, etc.. First problem is that I can't get any sound to work. Ive tried like 5 different methods. I gave up on my creative card and tried the builtin one with still no luck. Second problem which might be tied to the first is that all video files and and even audio play at 5x the speed as if they were in fast forward; even on webpages. I appear to have the correct bundle for my vid card... Im at a loss since everything else works. Here is some my spec sheet maybe someone can point something out and point me in the right directions. Carrbone
ok so I fixed the video playback issue by doing a fresh install. However my audio problem still exists and I can't get anything to appear for audio selection in system prefs.
