soritong
I'm started to get a little frustrated so I figured I'd post on the boards. I've got a copy of a pre-patched Leopard DVD (SnowLeo) that I'm using to install. I've tried all the different types of arguements to start the installation with no avail. It appears that the install bombs out at the same spot almost every time (roughly 75%) with the following kernel panic: panic(cou 0 caller 0x00427BC7): "getPhysicalSegment() out of 32b range 0x10e1e0000, len 0x1000, class IOGeneralMemoryDescriptor"@/SoirceCache/xnu/xnu-1228.0.2.iokit/Kernel/IOMemoryDescriptor.cpp:1471 Debugger called: <panic> Backtrace, Format - Frame : Return Address (4 potential args on stack) I've got no clue on what to do from this point on. Can anyone help point me in the right direction? Below are my system stats: nForce 4 SLI Mobo Core 2 Duo GeForce 8800 GTS 4GB RAM Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/223220-install-crashing-at-the-exact-spot-every-time/ Share on other sites
